Mount&Blade is a massive medieval role-playing game. Mount&Blade brings new ideas to the role-playing genre with its unique style and gameplay. It brings you into the medieval times were you fought for your freedom with your sword and bow. This game is currently in beta, but you can purchase it and play in the beta version until the full game is released. This game is one of those games that is “flying under the radar.” The game has been extremely well-developed. The level of detail is simply spectacular.

You start out as a lone humble fighter in a extremely massive and dangerous kingdom with pirates and bandits running rampant. You will fight your way through an endless amount of battles to become a marvelous knight with a vast and powerful army under your command. Mount&Blade also brings a immense amount of weapons and weapon types for your use. You can use the good old-fashioned sword or you can beat them senseless with a club and take them as your slave and sell them. You can also choose to mount a horse and charge into battle with a lance or go unmounted and shoot them from afar with your bow and arrow. Another thing going for the game is the many different types of enemies: from a couple of pirates to armies of powerful knights. This part of the game makes each battle you fight unique and fun.
Have you ever wanted to be able to track down your enemies to slaughter them? Have you ever wished to shoot arrows with deadly accuracy while riding a horse? Have you found yourself wanting the ability to ride a powerful warhorse to mow down your enemies? In Mount&Blade you take command and put in charge of what skills you think necessary for your character to have. You also have the option of customizing your characters face and body to make it look, as you want him or her too look.

This game will suck you up and spit you out hours and hours later. If you are a fan of role-playing games or medieval style games this is one game you are not going to want to pass up. It is one of the best role-playing games I have ever had the pleasure of playing. The best thing about it is at the moment you can purchase it early and play in the beta and help make the game even better. Look this game up the next time you are bored and you won’t be sorry.
