for some reason i get choke on ALL the server i join, i lower the updaterate but it dosent fix it, i get up to 10 choke steady. My specs are windows xp, Intel P4 3.20ghz, i got a geforce 7600gs, 512mb. thanx in advance for helping me out..

try lowering the cmdrate too...
