#3 is right, you can be pro and play at cl_cmdrate 1 and whatevers, ive seen it with my bare eyes. what i do to control my recoil is to not only pull down, but try focusing on where your bullets go. for example, you see a bullet too far to the left, so aim to the right so the hit rate of a certain place while spraying is a better chance ( not saying its real good to spray). thats just my advice, like what #5 said, just be good. practice takes time, patience is a virtue so just wait and dont waste your time posting situations like this in forums.
