burning ISO for vista

i burned a regular data DVD with the iso file i downloaded for vista but my pc does not recognize it as a bootable DVD, is there something im doing wrong with burning it? please help! i am using nero startsmart

i know vista has its problems, i am putting it on my 2nd partition

iso is an image. you must burn the DVD-image not data disk

Download and install Nero. Then select "Burn as an image" add the ISO file then burn it. Pop it in and Reboot

You can use magiciso to burn iso for vista. it does a great work.
