This game looks promising, however I have to say that I'm nervous. Reading the devlog, they plan on making space combat along with groud, FPS style combat. This is no easy task and it will be intresting to see if they can pull it off. Check out the site here http://www.startrek.perpetual.com/ Some SS are there as well. I have to say that the thought of being a captian of a galaxy class ship is cool though :p The game will be heavily based on teamwork for space combat, however the dev's say that you will be able to solo almost everything in the game. I'll be looking forward to this!

well after reading the FAQ, i'm disappointed.....i heard about this game about 6 months ago...and i was hoping that you would be able to start as one of 4-7 races....something like humans, vulcans, klingons, romulans, cardassians, bajorans, and ferengi...this would make pvp a fun aspect in the game. Then you could choose your character class and so on....and some of the toughest missions in the game could be like 40 man assaults on the borg. The other advantage to having different races is that you could have a romulan assault on earth or something crazy like that.

and doesnt like half the world play WoW? (exageration for effect). Can many of these companies get by mmo wise when blizzard draws that many players?
