I've made these on my old PC and my new one. Downloaded TuneUp Utilities 2006, got CD key. Made some random tweaks, like changing themes inactivated system restore, the easy ones. Then followed a guide from theeldergeek.com Closing services in services.msc < Trustful guide.

i used the 175page free guide, my computer now starts up in 25 seconds, never lags, nothing...its amazing.
I had to format my computer because even if you use the backup there are things that remain unchanged...
